However, the game does not have a Fullscreen mode available in the options menu. For those who prefer to play it in Windowed or Borderless Fullscreen modes, you’ll be fine. If you’re looking for an exclusive Fullscreen mode, there is a quick fix for that.
Step 1: Find the config file
First, you must find the GameUserSettings.ini config file located in the Back 4 Blood directory:
Method 1. Use Windows File Explorer to go to this folder:
Method 2. Open your Run command and type %localappdata% and find the folder mentioned above.
Step 2: Open the config file
Once you open the GameUserSettings.ini using a text editor such as Notepad, find the following lines:
Step 3: Edit the config file
Change the values of the three aforementioned command lines from 1 to 0. The file should now look like this:
Step 4: Save and close the file
Now you can enjoy Back 4 Blood in exclusive fullscreen! Take note that when the game in Fullscreen mode stops loading whenever it’s not in-focus. Do not press Alt-Tab during loading screens or else the game might freeze.
